Growing up in San Luis Obispo in a family deeply rooted in mortgage and real estate, Ryan began absorbing the nuances of the industry long before he was licensed. Now based in San Diego and serving clients throughout California, he specializes in complex lending scenarios. He finds satisfaction working with self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, and clients with non-traditional income who may have been turned down elsewhere. His expertise spans Non-QM lending, bank statement programs, DSCR investment loans, and traditional loan products, and he takes great pride in finding solutions where others see obstacles.
