Applying over four decades of mortgage experience, Kate has become a trusted lending partner among clients and industry associates. She actively goes out of her way to provide exceptional hands-on experience and prides herself on product and process knowledge, making every effort to source the best loan for each borrower’s needs.
Kate originally joined the industry after leaving the U.S. Air Force. During her lifelong career, Kate has gained experience in many steps of the loan process. Looking out for her borrowers’ interest during one of the most important life decisions is what drives her to do her best each day. That mindset has contributed to Kate’s numerous industry accolades, including sitting on President Council’s and prestigious Top Producer recognitions.
Kate and her husband have two children and four grandchildren. When she is not busy teaching her clients about how to choose the best loan, Kate enjoys traveling, camping, sampling local wines, and watching her grandchildren’s sporting events. She is a member of the Santa Maria Breakfast Rotary, has helped launch Shoes for Students, and actively supports both the YMCA and Boys & Girls Club of SMV.
