Espy Dominguez has been helping individuals and families achieve homeownership since 2013. Licensed in California and specializing in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties, she serves first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and real estate investors.

Outside of lending, Espy enjoys life with her husband and their four children, two adults and two in grade school. Their family loves the Central Coast lifestyle and especially enjoys raising their young children in the Orcutt school community. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school, baking, cooking with her family, tackling home projects, and exploring the outdoors and all that the beautiful Central Coast offers.
